The guarantee entitles the customer to free repair of any damaged parts covered by the guarantee. The warranty period is seven years and begins with receipt of the goods.
Example:
Receipt of the goods on 30.06.2020.
Start of the guarantee period: 30.06.2020.
End of the guarantee period: 29.06.2027.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period via telephone or e-mail. If remote maintenance is not possible, please send the unit to us. After analysis, the unit will be repaired and sent back. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be sent. The repair and return shipment are free of charge; you only pay shipping costs to us.
Regardless of the warranty and the type of problem, our service and technical staff are at your disposal. Therefore, you are welcome to contact us outside the warranty period if necessary.
After analysing the device, you will receive a cost estimate and then decide how you would like to proceed.
