A: All products have passed CE certification and ISO9001 certification. Some models can provide UL, GS and other certifications. We support providing certification documents for customer verification to ensure compliance with market access standards in the EU, North America and other regions.
A: We support OEM/ODM customization, including body Logo printing, color matching, installation of side shifters/weighing devices and other functions. The minimum order quantity MOQ for customization is 4 units,but the exact quantity usually depends on the products. and the customization cycle requires an additional 3-5 working days.
A: We can provide prototypes. The sample fee is 1.5 times the ex-factory price, which can be deducted from the payment after placing the order. The customer bears the sample shipping cost, and the delivery cycle is 7-10 working days.
A: The MOQ for standard models is 30 units. Discounts can be negotiated for bulk orders; excluding sample orders, please consult sales for details.
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) (70% advance payment, 30% paid before shipment), L/C (Letter of Credit), Alibaba International Station Secure Payment, and PayPal (for small orders). For large orders, T/T or L/C is recommended to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
A: The quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. If the raw material price fluctuates greatly, we will notify you in advance and negotiate adjustments.

A: The production cycle for standard models is 15-20 working days, and 25-30 working days for customized products. Sea freight to major European ports takes 30-35 days, and air freight takes 7-10 days. The specific time is subject to real-time information from the logistics provider.
A: We can provide sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and international express (DHL/UPS/FedEx). You can choose according to the order quantity and time requirements. We can assist in arranging logistics and providing customs clearance documents.
A: An order number will be provided after placing the order. You can track the production and shipping status in real time through the website order query system, sales specialist or email.
A: We can provide remote technical guidance via email/video. If it cannot be resolved, we will arrange for engineers to repair on-site (overseas customers need to bear travel expenses) or send it back to China for repair, with a cycle of 7-15 working days.
A: We supply original spare parts for a long time. Wearing parts can be ordered simultaneously when placing the order or purchased separately. Spare parts are delivered by express/air freight with a time limit of 3-7 working days.
A: Free online technical training is available for bulk orders, including product operation and maintenance. For on-site training, the customer needs to bear the engineer's travel expenses, accommodation and catering costs.
