Driven by the idea of uniting high-quality hoisting machines with excellent customer service under one roof, entrepreneur Donner Zhao founded the company OTOY in 1998 in Hebei,China. From a young age, the daughter of a hardworking entrepreneur had her first encounters with precision devices, which significantly shaped her expectations regarding quality and safety throughout her later life.
After ten years of hard work, the company outgrows its existing warehouse and builds new office in Baoding city. Products, manufacturing processes, distribution, logistics, and, not least, customer service are continuously optimized, making the OTOY brand a well-established name in the industry, known for its high product quality as well as its service.
After nearly 5 years, another factory for material hadling equipments was built. By now, numerous customers across Europe and America know and appreciate OTOY products.
The company owns 2 production plants.Equipped with its own workshop,a representative showroom,and its own International Marketing Team,OTOY sets new modern standards once more.
Today, the name OTOY stands for a brand of international significance, and the development of the company is far from over. New product ideas and technological advancements continually expand our core competencies. With research & development, production, distribution, and quality management all in one hand, both our service offerings and customer service can be continuously optimized and expanded.

A: An order number will be provided after placing the order. You can track the production and shipping status in real time through the website order query system, sales specialist or email.
A: We can provide remote technical guidance via email/video. If it cannot be resolved, we will arrange for engineers to repair on-site (overseas customers need to bear travel expenses) or send it back to China for repair, with a cycle of 7-15 working days.
A: We supply original spare parts for a long time. Wearing parts can be ordered simultaneously when placing the order or purchased separately. Spare parts are delivered by express/air freight with a time limit of 3-7 working days.
