Precision Control and Powerful Performance
The full electric pallet stacker is a cornerstone of modern material handling. By automating both the horizontal transport and vertical lifting of goods, these machines allow operators to manage heavy loads with minimal physical effort. Otoy Tools focuses on delivering robust equipment that combines a high load capacity with smooth, precise maneuverability.
Fully Powered Operation: Experience seamless transitions with an integrated electric drive system and a high-performance hydraulic pump. This dual-power configuration ensures consistent travel speeds and fast lifting cycles for high-volume operations.
Ergonomic Smart Handle: Our stackers are equipped with advanced control handles that integrate travel speed, lifting, lowering, and an emergency reverse button into one ergonomic interface, allowing for intuitive one-handed operation.
Advanced Safety Systems: Safety is non-negotiable in a fast-paced warehouse. Features include an emergency stop switch, automatic speed reduction in tight turns, and reliable electromagnetic braking systems that engage instantly when the handle is released.
Heavy-Duty Mast Construction: Built with premium-grade steel, our masts offer exceptional structural rigidity, minimizing swaying at high lift heights to ensure that your pallets remain stable and secure.
High-Capacity Batteries: Choose between standard lead-acid or high-efficiency lithium battery options (depending on model) to support multi-shift operations with reliable power and simplified charging routines.
Engineered for Narrow Aisle Efficiency
With their compact chassis and small turning radius, Otoy Tools’ powered stackers are optimized for environments where space is at a premium. Whether you are managing a retail stockroom or an industrial warehouse, our full electric solutions provide the professional-grade performance required to keep your logistics running smoothly.
Common questions from our news readers and partners
A full electric stacker uses electric power for both lifting the forks and driving the vehicle forward or backward. A semi-electric stacker only uses power for lifting, requiring the operator to manually push and pull the machine for transport. Full electric models are much more efficient for long-distance transport and high-frequency use.
Battery life depends on the load weight and the frequency of use. Typically, our industrial electric stackers are equipped with high-capacity batteries that provide a full work shift (6-8 hours) of intermittent operation. Built-in or external chargers make it easy to recharge the units overnight.
While our electric stackers feature powerful motors and electromagnetic brakes, they are primarily designed for use on flat, level warehouse floors. For safety and performance, they should only be operated on slopes within their rated gradeability limit (usually 3-5% loaded), and the brakes should always be used when stopping on an incline.
